Platform Management Group is seeking a career-minded and energetic Assistant Property Manager/ Leasing Agent for a mid-size apartment community located in Gainesville, FL.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Assistant Property Manager/ Leasing Agent is responsible for inputting work orders; marketing and leasing; collecting rents; inspecting facilities.

REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent communication, and people skills
• Strong organizational capabilities
• Innovative approaches to problem solving
• Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Software
• Real Page OneSite experience helpful
• Rent Manager experience helpful

Salary will be based on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $10.00 to $13.00 /hour
