ZRS Management is in search of a top performing leasing consultant to join our team. Previous lease up experience is preferred but individuals with experience in residential management and sales services are required.  Must be energetic and possess a professional image with superior communication skills. Must be flexible to work some weekends.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to move-ins, Lease renewals,  outreach marketing, including generating and handling traffic, Leasing apartments, qualifying prospects, preparing lease documentation, completing move-in procedures, providing high-quality resident service, communicating residents needs to the maintenance team and appropriate office staff
