Seeking an Experienced Apartment Community Manager
Wilkinson Real Estate Advisors is seeking an experienced apartment community manager in the Brunswick, GA area.
We are looking for a seasoned and dynamic apartment manager to manager 192 unit community. Responsibilities include enhancing the community for which they are responsible in the most efficient and profitable manner possible based upon the goals and objectives of the Owner, as well as, maximizing the greatest possible satisfaction and wellbeing of all our customers.
Desired skills: ability to successfully coach and lead a team of people, solid critical decision making skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong marketing and sales background, computer literate and proficient in Word, Excel & Outlook Express, Yardi experience preferred.
Additionally, responsibilities include leading and teaching associates to maximize their professional growth and insuring that all are treated equally, ethically and morally on a consistent basis .
Must fulfill satisfactory results of background and drug screen.
