Operations Manager for a Real Estate Company
Circa Properties manages and develops high quality student housing near the University of Florida. We are seeking an Operations Manager to assist the owner in effectively managing our properties as we grow. This role is a fantastic opportunity to learn and understand how each component of a successful real estate business operates.
The position is primarily focused on office operations of an apartment management company with emphasis on maintaining, developing and overseeing our procedures and programs (maintenance, leasing, accounting, HR, safety and liability). Other functions include lease administration, receivables administration, and scheduling work with vendors and staff.
