Maintenance Technician Position Available

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for assisting in carrying out the maintenance processes of the property, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance. The Maintenance Technician is also responsible for make-ready process in a manner consistent with the property’s operational objectives under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager. 

 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS  While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to walk and sit. The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.  The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
