Maintenance Technician Opportunity

Trimark Maintenances is looking for 2 technicians for our  Beautiful properties close to UF.

Requirements:

1. Must have experience in apartment maintenance.   
2. Must have valid Driver’s license and vehicle
3. Must be able to pass a background check
4. On Call is a requirement,  On 1 week every 6-8 weeks
5. Must live with in a 45 minute response area to calls when on call.
6. HVAC certification is a plus
