Rapidly growing South Florida based management company is looking for a skilled, dedicated, highly motivated, task orientated Maintenance Supervisor for a residential apartment community in Live Oak / North Florida. Applicant must have reliable transportation, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, must be task oriented and be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Candidate must be able to work on and have a great attention to detail. Basic requirements include:

Valid Drivers license
HS Diploma
EPA 608 Cert.
Pool Certification (may ascertain later)
Electrical Proficiency
Plumbing Proficiency

Moderate construction Skills

Unit Rehab, subfloors, cabinet installs.

Drywall repairs/replacements.
Extensive HVAC knowledge
Small appliance repair Proficiency (stoves, microwaves, W&D, freezer etc.)
Welding / Brazing skills
Pass criminal background check and drug screening
Available to work weekends if necessary and on-call schedule

Scope of work:
Making units rent ready after move outs.
Painting and repairs
Unit clean-up
Evaporator coil and condensing unit replacements
HVAC repairs and diagnostics
General site and building maintenance (pressure washing, curb appeal, etc.)
Pool maintenance
All aspects of electrical and plumbing
Maintaining maintenance schedule
Implementing maintenance strategies
Assist with planning and execution of assigned projects

Additional items:

Grounds upkeep, preventative maintenance practices, preventative maintenance schedules, IAQ initiatives, vendor/contractor oversight and other associated tasks.

Applicant must be customer service orientated with a drive for excellence. Schedule would consist of a 40hr work week from M-F 8-5. Must be available for emergencies.
