JOB TITLE: LEASING MANAGER
JOB SUMMARY: Leasing Managers train and manage the leasing staff and direct the
sales efforts of the community. The Leasing Manager is
responsible for providing exceptional service to community
residents, future residents and the corporate management team.
Provides the community with value and quality by assessing the
needs of client they are assisting and providing a solution that not
only coincides with the goals of the community but is beneficial for
all concerned parties. The Leasing Manager also takes an active
role in the external marketing and advertising of vacancies.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for obtaining and maintaining plan occupancy goals through
marketing, managing the leasing staff and effectively overseeing the managing of

and leasing data, responds to internet leads, answer prospect calls, conduct
property tours and monitors leasing/renewal progress focusing on areas needing

Assists with the required weekly and monthly property reports.
Assists in resolving resident complaints and answers resident questions.
Performs market research and generates market comparison reports.
Assists with property marketing activities.
Assists with monitoring curb appeal, office and model appearance and signage.
Assists with maintenance of the appearance of the office, amenity area, models
and common areas of the property.
Maintains or exceeds the standards for property business as set forth in
company policy and guidelines.
Performs other duties as assigned and to meet the needs of residents and the
EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:
High School or equivalent required, Bachelor's Degree is preferred. Minimum of one
year experience in a customer service or sales position required. Strong computer
literacy, and competence in MS Office Suite. Effective communication and customer
service skills required, as well as the ability to interact with others in a team

PHYSICAL AND/OR MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
May be required to lift and carry up to 40 pounds in various forms. May be required to
sit for extended periods while performing job functions or accurately work on computer
and other equipment. Required to stand and/or be in continuous motion for extended
periods of time while performing job functions with physical endurance. Must be able to
climb stairs on a regular basis throughout the day, as well as be able to frequently.
