Leasing Consultant Opportunity with Bestak Properties

We have an opportunity for a full-time Leasing Consultant in Gainesville. If you are enthusiastic, have a can-do attitude and enjoy working in beautiful surroundings, then we will train you as a Leasing Consultant. College degree or commissioned sales experience preferred.

Overview:
•Support and comply with all Fair Housing, OSHA, and other health and safety rules and policies
•Produce weekly measurable results, including leasing apartments weekly. Perform with excellence on the phone, in-person, with follow-up and all other pertinent areas.
•Process all applications and credit reports in compliance with company guidelines and policies
•Maintain familiarity with and ability to embrace current and new technologies and software
•Strategize and implement a marketing plan inclusive of promotional programs and advertising recommendations
•Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills
•Display a positive behavior and diplomacy when interacting with customers and co-workers
•Offer solutions to work challenges and make timely, sound decisions
•Must be able to work weekends


Requirements
•Possess high school diploma or GED: College degree or commissioned sales experience preferred
•Confident sales demeanor
•Excellent communication skills
