Experienced Maintenance Technician – Full Time, Benefits, 40 hours Monday – Friday and rotating on-call – Must have knowledge of appliance repair, light carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, electric and general routine maintenance and repairs – Assist in maintaining grounds and preventative maintenance – Customer service – Good physical condition with the ability to lift 50lbs – Ability to kneel, crouch, climb, crawl, etc., for repairs needed – Valid driver’s license – Background check will be conducted – Preferred HVAC and CPO certified.
