Greystar Making Leadership Change

Greystar COO stepping down to become Senior Advisor, Board Member.
Greystar is making a leadership transition at the top of its U.S. Property Management operations. Andrew Livingstone will step down from his role as Chief Operating Officer at the end of the year and transition into a Senior Advisor position after more than 26 years with the company. He will also join the company's Board of Directors. Toni Eubanks will head USPM operations effective Jan. 1, 2026.
Eubanks joined Greystar in 2009 after starting her career as a leasing professional, and she was previously Executive Director of Property Operations. She will report directly to Bob Faith, Greystar’s founder, Chairman and CEO.
“Toni is a strong, steady and deeply respected leader who knows our business inside and out,” said Faith in a release. “From her start onsite to her current leadership role, Toni has helped shape how we operate and grow our business every day. Her commitment to our teams and residents is unmatched, and I’m excited to see her lead in this next phase.”
Livingstone, who joined Greystar in 1999, said: "I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve built in property management, and I know Toni is the right person to lead this next chapter. I’m looking forward to staying close to the business and helping shape what’s next for the company in my new role.”
During the past two years, Eubanks has co-led the day-to-day operations of the property management business with Mike Clow, Executive Director of Real Estate. Clow will report to Eubanks moving forward. Clow’s responsibilities will also expand, working closely with Faith to grow the U.S. property management firm.
“I’m honored to step into this role and continue serving the teams and business I’ve been part of for many years,” said Eubanks. “Our success starts at the site level, and my focus will be making sure our teams have what they need to deliver for residents every day. I’m proud of the work we’ve done together and look forward to building on that strong foundation.”
