Full-time Maintenance Person Needed in Ocala

The Mahaffey Apartment Company, owners and managers of over 8,000 apartment units in Central Florida is looking for Full-time
Maintenance Person, with A/C experience.

This position is located at our community in Ocala – Carlton Arms of Ocala – off SW 20th Street just a few miles off SR 200.

is lead by people who have been with the organization since the community started construction – 1997.

Maintenance Person:
If hired, you would be responsible for (but not limited to):
 A/C Replacement/Repair/Troubleshooting
 Appliance troubleshooting and repair
 Plumbing, electrical, painting & carpentry repairs
 Performance of all general maintenance
 On-call duties as needed

Job Specifics:
Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Salary is negotiable depending on experience
1 week vacation after one year
2 weeks vacation after two years and above
Health/Dental Insurance available
Florida Drivers License required
Living on-site preferred but not mandatory
HVAC Certification
