Circa Properties manages and develops high quality student housing near the University of Florida. We are seeking an Assistant Property Manager to assist with operating our portfolio of 500+ beds directly north of UF. This is a great opportunity to join a high quality team in charge of the most sought after student housing in Gainesville. Responsibilities include leasing and resident retention programs, lease administration, receivables administration, and scheduling work with vendors and staff.

Qualifications:

• 1 year property management or real estate experience, preferably in student housing with a strong leasing/sales background
• Experience in Appfolio, Yardi, or similar property management systems
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications with willingness to learn additional programs
• Proficient in open office & cloud storage applications such as Google Drive, Google Docs, Gmail, Dropbox.
• Must pass rigorous background check and drug screening
