powerful sense of commitment from their team. A commitment to the company, coworkers and customers. This session will change the perspective from a failed belief in motivation and transition to a strategy to build commitment.

Great organizations move at the pace of the market. The market gives feedback almost immediately, so we need to give immediate feedback to your team. This session will teach how to effectively give instant feedback to your team. Done in a way that has a lasting, positive impact on your team’s performance.

Lunch Session: Ridiculous Customer Service
Great customer experience relies on 3 fundamental principles. This session will take the audience through each one of these fundamentals along with some amazing stories of great customer service from many different types of industries. Get ready to open your mind and imagine the “ridiculous” with this fun and impactful session.

 In 1981 I enlisted into the United States Air Force.  That decision changed my life. While serving overseas, I was selected to attend the prestigious U.S. Air Force Leadership School, which is still the foundation for many of my leadership beliefs. I have been blessed during my multifamily career to work with some of the brightest and most talented people at every level.
