*Submission Instructions:
Please simply answer all of the questions in the nomination form through text or video and add the supporting materials/documentation. No PowerPoints or elaborate presentations needed as it will not increase your chances of winning. All completed nominations should be emailed to robert@ncfaa.net in the form of a Dropbox or Google Drive link. Please do not send the nomination through email as an attachment.
Videos must be submitted via a YouTube link. You can make your video “unlisted” on YouTube so that only those who have a link can view your video and it will not be visible to the public.
*All videos must be compiled into one file and be one link. Multiple video recordings will not be accepted.
*The A.C.E. awards are an association award and nominee participation at NCFAA events is taken into consideration by the judges.
Supporting documentation is due by no later than November 24th, 2023.

Attendee Agreement
By registering and attending any NCFAA class, meeting, or event you are agreeing to our Safety Liability Agreement. As deemed necessary, additional requirements will be added below:

As such, by participating in classes, meetings, or events hosted by NCFAA in any facility you hereby assert you do so voluntarily and that by participating you knowingly assume any and all risks related to COVID-19 or other communicable diseases.
