Yugo Drives Portfolio Growth with Student Housing Expansion

The acquisition of Campus Advantage adjusts leadership.
Yugo and Campus Advantage now have a portfolio of nearly 40,000 beds across 88 properties in 28 states. More than 400 new employees will also be joining the team following Yugo's acquisition of the Austin, Texas-based student housing firm.

Peter, who founded Campus Advantage in 2003, will become the CEO of Yugo U.S., while Jim Sholders will be the President of Yugo U.S. Sholders was previously with Campus Life & Style and American Campus Communities.
