Greystar, Grand Peaks Partner on Management Portfolio

The new partnership adds nearly 11,000 units to Greystar's management portfolio.

Greystar continues to expand its management portfolio following a new partnership with Denver-based Grand Peaks. The news adds nearly 11,000 units to Greystar's portfolio across seven states. The markets include Miami, Denver, Dallas-Fort Worth, Portland, Ore., Charlotte, N.C., Phoenix and Seattle.

"Grand Peaks’ high-quality portfolio, long-standing industry reputation, and strong culture make them a natural fit for our organization," said Richard Friedman, Senior Managing Director of Client Services & Strategic Partnerships with Greystar, in a release.

Grand Peaks' portfolio consists of more than 11,000 units across 10 states, and the firm was founded by brothers Luke and Nick Simpson in 2003.
