The multifamily developer opens two new offices and adds executive leaders.

Trammell Crow Residential has two new markets under its wing. The multifamily developer recently announced new executive leaders as well for Phoenix and Nashville, Tenn.

“With Phoenix and Nashville, we are continuing to invest in markets that demonstrate long-term population growth, strong employment fundamentals, and durable demand for high-quality rental housing,” said Ken Valach, CEO of Trammell Crow Residential, in a release. “Equally important, we are doing so with proven leaders who understand their markets, share our values, and have a track record of delivering exceptional results.

Tom Lewis was named Managing Director in Phoenix, and Peter Davis was named Managing Director in Nashville.

Now in more than 15 markets, Trammell Crow has built more than 290,000 multifamily residences during the past 45 years.
