 JMG is currently seeking candidates for a Service Technician at Integra Twenty Four Apartments.

Responsible for maintaining physical condition and appearance of community. Provide timely and courteous response to resident service requests. Perform routine maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, appliance repair, carpentry, HVAC repairs, general maintenance repairs, pool/spa maintenance, and make-readies. Included on after hours on-call rotation. Hours: Monday-Friday 8-5

 Must be HVAC certified. 

 Prior experience in maintenance of multi-family communities is preferred.

Hourly pay of $15 - $16
