Musk's Boring Co. Secures Land Approval for Las Vegas Apartments

The Boring Company, founded by Elon Musk, is adding an apartment project in Las Vegas. The company received land-use permits approval from the Clark County Commission earlier this month for a six-story, 132-unit building that will also feature a coffee shop, bodega and game room.

Of note: The project is only planning 24 parking spaces despite nearly 200 being required by law. The reason for the circumvention is due to the location (south of the intersection of Paradise and E. Flamingo roads), which will rely on Boring's Vegas Loop and area bus service, according to the Las Vegas Review-Journal.

The Loop is expected to have 104 stations and 68 miles of tunnels, including stops downtown, at Allegiant Stadium and the airport.
