As a Leasing Specialist, you are the Director of First Impressions, and play an important role in the success of the community!
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Creating a positive, memorable experience for residents and prospects
- Showing model apartment homes
- Creating rapport and fostering relationships with residents/prospects
- Leading sales call
- Processing applications and closing sales
- Other administrative responsibilities as needed
- Maintaining exceptional customer service and addressing concerns as needed
We are looking for great candidates to join our team! This new team member will work approximately 40 hours/week, an incredible opportunity for an individual excited to learn and grow with a great organization!
