Community Assistant Needed!

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Community Assistant, you will connect with future residents, identify their wants and needs, and secure lease agreements for a very high-end conventional apartment home community. Here are the roles you'll play:

The Tour Guide

Discover future residents’ needs, show them around your community’s amenity areas and model homes, and highlight all the benefits that will make them want to call our community home

Brag about your community’s unique features and benefits – and highlight what sets it apart from the competition

Create added value by anticipating needs and addressing living concerns customers haven’t even thought about yet

The Deal Sealer

Put in extra effort to make prospective residents feel so at home, they’ll never want to leave

Scout the competition to stay one step ahead

Communicate with such clarity and enthusiasm that customers are left with only one question: “Where do I sign?”

Provide such an amazing experience that our residents will renew time after time

The Problem Solver

Assist current residents with maintenance requests by entering work orders and following up to ensure resident satisfaction

Provide superior best in class customer service that will knock their socks off!

The Concierge

Receive & log packages notifying residents electronically and assisting them in their package retrieval

Assist with hosting monthly events that enhance the resident experience of our community

This position is currently part time with flexible hours between 9 am and 6 pm. At least one Saturday per month is required and this may increase during the year contingent on our needs.

The best candidates should be very well organized, pay high attention to details, have a professional "can-do" attitude and sincerely love helping people.


This is currently a part time position with flexible hours between 9 am and 6 pm.  At least one Saturday per month is required (No Sundays ever!) Total hours could increase depending on our needs and traffic towards the spring / summer periods.  Some leasing experience is very helpful but is not required. Must be able to work successfully in a team environment and towards a common goal.
