We are looking for an experienced Outside Sales Executive to join our team. Engage in an encouraging work hard/play hard company culture and become a part of an interesting and charismatic group of sales professionals who love what they do!
Achieve new sales presentations and cold call goals
Develop and maintain close relations within an assigned territory in order to exceed customer expectations
Manage sales pipeline and revenue forecast in Salesforce to ensure accurate recording of prospecting activity
Conduct scheduled sales/service meetings with decisions makers of business portfolio
Assist in the collection of current monies and past due accounts when needed
Quotas will be set by the Market Sales Manager. Sales Executives should, at a minimum, meet their monthly quotas and should strive to exceed them.
Performs other responsibilities as required

What we look for:
The ideal candidate is intelligent, curious and has a finger on the pulse of digital media and is passionate about the growth and development of the multifamily industry. You work within the sales and support teams for the achievement of revenue generation, customer satisfaction and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values. He or she must be polished and comfortable communicating the value of RentPath's suite of products and services. Must be a strong prospector and comfortable with closing new business deals.
Requires AA degree/or 3-5 years successful outside B2B sales experience
Selling in the digital ad space is preferred
Strong customer service and client retention skills required
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills required
Demonstrate technical aptitude with regard to understanding, interpreting data and quickly apply information to a sales process
Salesforce or other CRM experience is required
