Summary:
Trimark Properties is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join our company. Previous experience
as a Community Assistant, Leasing Agent, or Brand Ambassador a strong plus but not required. Huge
opportunity to grow and develop personally. Must have a professional office appearance, strong
customer service skills, strong communication skills, a passion for working with others, and a friendly

Essential Functions:
 Be a key point person for residents
 Answer resident questions and assist with their needs
 Answer phone calls coming into the leasing office
 Greet visitors and assist them as needed
 Assist residents with package pick up and keys, if locked out
 Answer emails with a professional tone; must have strong writing skills
 Log client complaints; be an active listener and de-escalate when necessary
 Strong sales skills to assist with renewal lease campaign
 Possess a positive attitude
 Goal oriented
 Enjoys a fast-paced environment
 Motivated
 Strong computer skills
 Strong verbal skills
 Friendly demeanor
 Other duties, as assigned

Required Skills/Qualifications:
 Previous experience as a Community Assistant, Leasing Agent or Brand Ambassador a strong plus but not required
 1 year of Customer Service experience
 Trustworthy
 Hard working
 Must have reliable vehicle (will need to visit other Trimark buildings to assist residents or managers)
 Full time applicants only
