Event Details

As an industry, this is not a time where we have to necessarily fall back. On the contrary, we can actually increase and thrive if we adjust and take advantage of the opportunities that present themselves in our “new normal”.

Our annual Fall Food Drive aims to assist needy families in our community during the fall season. Please partner with us to make a difference in the lives of these families during this season of thanks. We ask that all companies put out donation boxes at their respective offices and fill up the boxes with nonperishable food items. This year we are supporting The Weekend Hunger Backpack Program.

To get started email Anyse to request a box at Anyse.Medwedeff@twomen.com.

If you need a box, we are able to deliver it and pick it up at the end of October or early November.

A message from the supported charity:

The COVID 19 global health crisis has had a profound and devastating financial impact on our community. Unemployment numbers continue to rise, and more people than ever are struggling to make ends meet. We are providing food, rental, mortgage and utility assistance to those who have lost their jobs or had their hours cut due to the COVID pandemic. Unfortunately, the need continues to grow and more people each day turn to us for help. We consistently see over a100 people a day coming to us for help. We struggle to keep up our pantry shelves full. We are more dependent than ever on our donors to provide us with food. The demand is high and unfortunately some of the sources we rely on for food are experiencing shortages. Collection is also more challenging due limited attendance in churches and social event. We have had to cancel most of our food drive efforts and we are not sure when we will be able to have them again, We are so appreciative of your support at this time! Thank you again for thinking us and the many people we help each day who struggle with hunger! God Bless!!
