This course focuses the importance of resolving conflict so it doesn’t become a
distraction or cause on-going problems on a team. Frequently issues go unresolved because employees don’t know how to appropriately discuss and explore options to a conflict. The workshop will focus on both employee/employee conflict and employee/resident conflicts.
At the conclusion of this course, participants will be able to:
1. Choose and apply appropriate conflict-resolution and
2. Recognize and determine when to use the conflict-resolution
3. Select and implement six team decision-making techniques.
