Session I: Conflict isn’t Crazy

Conflict isn’t crazy, but not resolving it is! Conflict is a daily part of our work day, so it is very important that we understand and know how to navigate our way through the conflict and find a productive outcome. This session will teach you how to work through conflict and find a resolution that doesn’t cause unnecessary pain or damage.

During this session we will discuss:
1. The 3 root causes of all conflict.
2. The 3 natural responses to conflict.
3. Important boundaries when faced with conflict.
4. How to use Compassionate Curiosity to resolve conflict.

Session II: Radical Feedback

Far too often we fail to address poor behavior or performance which leads to the behavior or performance continuing far longer than it should. After learning how to resolve conflict we will dive into how to have meaningful, impactful conversations with our team in a way that leads to better behavior and performance. The idea might sound radical but the results are astonishing. During this session you will learn the 12 radical steps to delivering powerful,
respectful feedback to your team. This session will be a true “game changer”

Lunch Session: Leasing and Selling: Expectations have changed

It seems like everything in our world has changed and that is true on many levels including the process of leasing and selling and what people expect today. In order to be successful, you must change your approach. This lunchtime session will talk about some of the most important ways we need to change or modify our leasing and sales approach with our customers.

 *Lunch Session Included with Registration*

About the Presenter:

It all began as a maintenance supervisor in Durham, NC. Eventually, I became a multifamily executive. I believe one of my strengths as a consultant is identifying opportunities for my client's operations and bringing practical solutions. SydneyAs a speaker and presenter, I have been blessed to be on the biggest stages in the multifamily industry across 47 states. I have been asked to do everything from keynote presentations to breakout sessions and even teaching NAA designation courses.
