The A.C.E. Nominations Portal Opens Up on August 15th!

In order to increase your opportunities for success, we encourage you to begin preparing your nominations in advance! This thoughtful approach not only allows you to shine a spotlight on yourself, your community, or your exceptional team members, but it also enhances your chances of crafting a more detailed and compelling nomination that stands out from the crowd. Imagine the satisfaction of being able to submit a nomination that truly reflects the incredible contributions made throughout the year! A fantastic best practice is to create an online folder dedicated to this endeavor, where you can start collecting your thoughts, achievements, and any noteworthy moments as they arise. By regularly adding content to this digital treasure trove, you’ll ensure that when the time comes, you’re ready to showcase all the brilliance that deserves recognition. So, let's get organized and make those nominations count—after all, who doesn’t love a little celebration of excellence?

Step 1: Click "Register Now" (above) to nominate for a specific category (on or after 8-15-25)
Step 2: Review Template for ideas and examples: Click for 2024 Templates
Step 3: Receive an online nomination link
Step 4: Confirm a date for the NCFAA to come to your community to take pics and present your A.C.E. nominations
Step 5: Complete online nomination & gather supporting documentation
Step 6: Submit Nomination to NCFAA by 10-15-25
Step 7: Attend awards event & holiday party on 12-4-25 to hear the winners announced (separate registration required)
*All award winners are selected by a third party association outside of Florida to avoid any hint of partiality. Winners are chosen solely by the information that is provided by the nominator on the nomination form along with the supporting documentation. The NCFAA does not select the winners.*

Who's the ACE of your staff?
Entry Requirements:
  1. Summary of Team/Personal Accomplishments - A detailed explanation of why your nominee deserves to win this award. Please describe nominee's accomplishments and successes in our industry and the community. *Be sure to include NCFAA participation and involvement*
  2. Photos you would like to have considered including the property, team, or resident events. A minimum of one high quality photo of nominee (headshot preferred) *Picture submitted will be photo displayed on screen for all winners.*
  3. Latest Online Community Ratings (Strongly recommended, but not required)
  4. Letters of Recommendation and/or Resident References - Supporting documentation to include resident, employer & peer recommendations and reviews. *Not required but recommended*
All nominees are recognized with an A.C.E. nomination & pin,
personally delivered by the NCFAA!

Award nominations are open to all NCFAA member communities, management companies & staff.

Nominations are for those that exemplify the "best" of their profession and industry.
