Argel Mancilla

Argel Mancilla is a seasoned property management professional with nearly a decade of
experience in sales, marketing, and multifamily operations. He graduated from one of the
most prestigious universities in Venezuela with a degree in International Business.
In 2016, Argel began his career with Lincoln Property Management (now Willow Bridge) in
South Florida, working across conventional properties including lease-ups, established
communities, and luxury mid-rise developments. Within six months of entering the industry,
he was promoted to Assistant Property Manager due to his strong performance and
leadership capabilities.

Throughout his career, Argel has successfully managed established properties, lease-ups,
and affordable housing communities, consistently exceeding operational and financial
expectations. After transferring from Miami, FL to Lake City, FL, he focused on elevating office
and property culture while working closely with local authorities and government agencies to
implement initiatives that positively impacted the community.

Currently, Argel serves with Highmark Residential at a tax credit community in North Florida,
aligning his professional growth with his family’s desire for country living, land ownership, and
a strong foundation for raising their children. As a licensed CAM and CPO professional, he
brings a strong command of budgeting, financial analysis, and operational metrics, paired with
a service-driven sense of urgency. His hands-on knowledge of maintenance operations allows
him to effectively support and empower maintenance teams across departments.

Argel is actively committed to leadership development and mentorship and was accepted into
the 2026 Leadership Lyceum Scholarship Program. Beyond his professional role, he serves
his city and church as a U7 and U10 soccer coach and is a devoted husband and father of
three children.
