The Pennsylvania-based company is adding 3,300 units off latest acquisition.

Morgan Properties is expanding its portfolio in Texas, Ohio, Kentucky and Oklahoma. The Pennsylvania-based company announced its acquisition of Canada-based Dream REIT. Morgan Properties grows by 3,300 units with the 15 new communities.

“We are excited to build off our momentum and continue to strategically grow our portfolio," said Jonathan and Jason Morgan, Co-Presidents of Morgan Properties, in a release. "As we do with every acquisition, we look forward to leveraging off our operational expertise and economies of scale to improve these communities and create long-term value for both our residents and investors.”

Morgan Properties plans to reinvest capital to upgrade interiors, exteriors and amenities.
