NCFAA Members,
We are now accepting nominations for the 2027 NCFAA Board of Directors & Advisory Council!
All candidates (supplier/community) are asked to submit:
- a completed online interest form
- your personal resume or bio
The North Central Florida Apartment Association is a not-for-profit trade association dedicated to improving the rental housing industry in North Central Florida. The NCFAA is governed by a Board of Directors who set policy, strategically plan for the future, establish an annual budget and monitor the financial and operational soundness of the organization.
The Nominating Committee will review, consider, and/or interview nominees and will submit to the Board of Directors a proposed slate of directors and officers in November. The final slate will be submitted to the membership for approval at the annual meeting of the members in December.
Meet Our 2026 Leaders!
NCFAA members in good standing are eligible to become candidates for any open Board/Advisory positions by indicating their interest. The NCFAA Board of Directors and Advisory Council typically meet in-person and/or virtually six to seven times per year at noon on the second Thursday of the month. For more information about the nominations process or the expectations involved, please email the NCFAA at robert@ncfaa.net.
SPECIAL NOTE: The President and Vice President(s) shall be chosen from among Owner-Management Company Members of the Board of Directors. All officers will be members of the Board of Directors.
