Assistant General Manager:

Property Management company specializing in student housing is looking for an organized and detail-oriented individual to work at our beautiful & stylish Gainesville, FL multi-site portfolio! The right candidate will be comfortable working in multiple software programs, completing legal paperwork, processing leases, auditing, and generally overseeing the accuracy of our property management software and rent collections. This position will also assist the leasing staff when needed so should be comfortable helping with showing apartments and preforming phone & email follow ups. The AGM works closely with the General Manager in overseeing the team and the multiple-site portfolio.

 

The right candidate must possess a positive & motivated attitude, professional demeanor and appearance, strong computer skills, excellent work ethic, strong organizational skills, an eye for detail, and the desire to be part of a team.

 

Preference will be shown to candidates who have experience in: student housing, property management, leasing, and/or RealPage software. Only candidates who submit resumes will be considered.

 

This position may begin in a leasing or administrative role for training before fully transitioning into the AGM role, so we are looking for a candidate who is well-rounded and flexible.

Salary: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
