CMC is seeking an experienced, positive individual who is always ready to learn, grow, and take on new challenges. This individual will be responsible for overall accounting and financial reporting for over 30 properties, oversee the corporate accounting department and responsible for evaluation of internal controls with leadership to help guide financial decisions.


Education and Credential Requirements:  BA/BS in Accounting or Business with an emphasis in Accounting, CPA Required. Minimum of 5 years of accounting with progressive responsibility in the multifamily real estate industry. Knowledge of financials, government regulations, local and state statutes, preferred experience with Yardi Software, and QuickBooks. Must be PC proficient and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting. Must work well with minimum supervision and direction, attention to detail, good record keeping and well-organized strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure and meet deadlines requiring accountability and flexibility.
