Seeking Property Manager...

We are looking for a responsible and self-driven individual to manage a residential community (130 units). Must have a level of experience that would allow you to start running the property with little or no training. 

Job tasks include basic property management (leasing, apartment maintenance overview, advertising overview, rental collections, basic accounting, etc.). Great communication and organizational skills are needed. 

Experience in property management preferred. Must be able to work closely with vendors and maintenance staff to ensure the property is well maintained.
