Porter/Maintenance Tech Needed

Seeking a porter/maintenance tech to provide exceptional service with professionalism and enthusiasm to an apartment community.

The person assigned to this position will be responsible for meticulously maintaining grounds, amenities, building exteriors, common areas, leasing office and parking lots. Will be responsible to maintain compactor, power washing, breezeway cleaning/light bulb changing, moving appliances up & down stairs, delivering notices, assist in the preparation of market ready/vacant units, including trash removal, touch up painting and completing any and all assigned maintenance tasks in a timely manner.

Hours: Works Tuesday through Saturday’s from 8 am – 5pm, 40-hours per week
