Maintenance Tech Needed!

The Bartram Apartments, a luxury apartment community in Gainesville, Florida, is currently seeking a full time maintenance technician. The successful candidate will possess the following skills:

• Excellent customer service
• HVAC troubleshooting and minor repairs 
• Drywall repair and painting
• Electrical and plumbing skills (garbage disposal repair, stove repair and microwave repair) 
• Assist with standard housekeeping duties are also required, mopping, sweeping, pressure cleaning and general cleaning throughout the property
• Ability to analyze problems and report to Chief Engineer with proposed solutions
• Minor landscape and irrigation repair experience
• Ability to work in a team environment 
• Clean, professional appearance
• Positive attitude
• Must be available for full time employment and be available for on call rotation

 

HVAC certification is desired but not required. Minimum high school diploma required and three years related experience. Successful candidate will be required to pass a criminal background investigation and a pre-employment drug screening as well as random drug screening at the discretion of the company.
