Maintenance Tech Needed

Maintenance technician needed for multiple single-family homes, apartment communities and condominium units—NE, SE, NW area of Gainesville, Florida.

Looking for a responsible individual, with MANY years of experience—self-directed/managed.

Will work closely with the property manager, who will communicate work orders and priorities.

Work vehicle provided—business hours (transportation).

Required—

Basic experience with minor HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc. 

Excellent references and clean driving history a must. 

Full-time/Permanent Position Available ASAP. Pay rate based on skill and experience. Benefits and paid time off is offered.
