Full-time Irrigation Technician Needed!

The Mahaffey Apartment Company, owners and managers of over 8,000 apartment units in Central Florida is looking for a Full-time
Irrigation Technician for our community in Ocala Florida.

This position is located at our community in Ocala – Carlton Arms of Ocala – off SW 20th Street just a few miles off SR 200.

is lead by people who have been with the organization since the community started construction – 1997.

This is a full-time position. If hired, you would be responsible for, but
not limited to, the following:
Maintain a large Hydraulic Sprinkler System
Miscellaneous other Grounds duties for large apartment community

Job Specifics:
1 week vacation after one year
2 weeks vacation after two years and above
Discretionary days on an escalating basis
Health/Dental Insurance available
Drivers License required
Good Background check a must
