Cazabella Apartments in Gainesville is hiring for a Maintenance Supervisor near The University of Florida on 34^th Street. This 146 unit community features one, two and three-bedroom apartment homes and is managed by Avison Young. As our Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll serve our residents by ensuring the proper maintenance and upkeep of the property. You’ll perform a variety of maintenance tasks to maintain and enhance the value of the community and maximize the living experience of our residents.
