Requirements:
To obtain the CAM credential, candidates must complete the following:
  1. Minimum of 12 months of onsite property management experience
  2. Successful completion of all CAM coursework (totaling 40 hours)
  3. Meet all examination standards within 12 months of declaring candidacy

Cost: $725 NCFAA Membership Price, $999 Nonmember

This cost includes initial testing for the certification. An extra charge if retesting is necessary.
