Event Details

OPERATION: RESCUE CHRISTMAS

Our annual Holiday Toy Drive to support the "Angel Tree" program begins on November 1st! Let's go the extra mile in 2021 and donate more toys than ever before! Please partner with us to make a difference in the lives of area children during this holiday season. We ask that all apartment communities put out donation boxes at their respective offices and fill up the boxes with new unwrapped toys.

Ways to Participate in 2021:

  1. Set up a donation box at your community

  2. Post the QR code at your office for your residents to give virtually

  3. Request an "Angel Tree" tag to give a personalized gift to a specific child within our community

  4. Sign up for the "NCFAA Bell Ringing Day"

Although the most important thing is to collect as many donations as possible, we will award prizes for the best decorated box as well as the most donations collected. Please submit your donation box pics to robert@ncfaa.net by 12-1-21 to be considered for the best decorated box category.
Please make sure to use #ncfaatoydrive21 when posting on social media.
*Extra credit will be given to communities that incorporate the Two Men and A Truck logo into their box decoration.*
If you need a donation box, we will to deliver it and pick it up in mid-December. The drive will officially end on 12-10-21. Email Anyse.Medwedeff@twomen.com to request a donation box.

ANGEL TREE PROGRAM
Millions of children in America will go without Christmas gifts because their parents can't afford them. Financial and emotional stress dampen the holiday cheer of families living in poverty.

CLICK TO ADOPT A SPECIFIC CHILD

Give Joy:
Members can request a specific child to sponsor through the "Angel Tree" program. The opportunity to sponsor a specific child is an option that is only available for members and not meant to distribute to residents. Residents will contribute by donating to their community donation boxes.
Give Time:
In order to increase the amount of donations that we contribute, we are holding our third annual NCFAA "Bell Ringing Day" on 12-11-21. You can sign up for one or two hour slots to join your multifamily peers to "ring the bell" outside of a local retail establishment. The donations collected go to support the "Angel Tree" program.

Touchless Giving
If you have residents that would like to donate monetarily or prefer contactless giving, we have a QR code that you can attach to your donation box to allow them to contribute virtually.
